Terms of Service

By using Carosell ("the Service") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

The Service

Carosell lets you create, schedule, and publish content (image carousels) on the social profiles you connect. Publishing occurs only at your request and with your approval.

Price, duration, and renewal

Carosell is available in the plans listed on the Pricing page, starting from 49€ per month, each with the features included in the chosen plan. The free trial lasts 30 days: we do not ask for a credit card and no charge occurs until you activate the subscription yourself. Once activated, the subscription renews automatically every month at the same price, until you cancel it.

Connected accounts

By connecting a social account (e.g. Instagram or TikTok) you authorize Carosell to publish content on your behalf and to read basic profile and post statistics. We comply with the terms and rules of the connected platforms. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.

Your responsibilities

• Publish only content you hold the rights to and that complies with the rules of the social platforms.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Settings → Your plan section, through the subscription management panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you continue to have access until that date, with no further charges afterward.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (acting for purposes unrelated to your business, trade, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply write to us at supporto@carosell.it within the stated period: we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the communication. If you take out the subscription with a VAT number in the course of your business activity, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply: the normal cancellation terms described above remain valid.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interruptions of third-party social platforms or for content published by users.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer residing or domiciled in Italy, the jurisdiction of your place of residence or domicile remains applicable, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. For any other dispute, the Courts of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
